Regional's Chief Appraiser John P. Callanan, is a State Certified General Appraiser, has 25 years of experience in the appraisal business as both an appraiser and a reviewer.
He has completed assignments from different Residential types, mixed use properties, gas stations, apartment complexes, retail, Industrial properties, to castles. John has reviewed tens of thousands of appraisals for thousands of different lending institutions for Regional. Regional currently has over 100 approved appraisers which cover the entire East Coast of the United States.
Along with extensive field experience, John has a vast educational background which he continually adds to. John recently graduated from the prestigious NYU Real Estate Program with a masters Degree in Real Estate, and a concentration in Valuation. He has also studied abroad at the University of Amsterdam Real Estate Division.
John is Certified by the state of New York to teach all residential appraisal courses. John is currently a General Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute, where he is working towards his goal of MAI/SRA designation.
