71 B Narrative Form: John uses ACI to type up commercial jobs when the location is 10 units or less, or when the appraised property is a mixed property. The turn around time is 1–2 weeks for this type of commercial appraisal.

Narrative Form: This type of form is used by John when the property being appraised is larger than 10 units. The turn around time for this type of commercial appraisal is 2-3 weeks.
