As a full service real estate appraisal and consulting firm we provide valuations, market and feasibility studies, highest and best use analyses, and consultations for developers, as well as institutional, government, and private clients.
We take pride in providing a consistently accurate service to our customers. Our reports meet all requirements of government agencies, lenders, courts and the Appraisal Institute under the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
Our turn around time for Commercial reports are 2 to 4 weeks after inspection and the turn around time for Residential reports is 48 to 72 hours after inspection (rush orders accepted with an increased fee).
